Electric scooters are gear-free two-wheelers. They operate similarly to standard scooters while running on electric power. All internal parts and electrical components are fully enclosed, offering riders enhanced safety during every trip.

We advise against riding on rainy days. Low temperatures will impact the scooter‘s performance, so please store it indoors at all times. Exposure to cold surroundings may harm its tires, motor and battery.

1.1  Battery storage time is 6 months (-20°F to 60°F)

1.2  Relative humidity for battery storage = 45% - 75%.

1.3  The possible storage temperature range for lithium-ion batteries is -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F), but for long-term storage, the recommended storage temperature is -20°C to 25°C (-4°F to 77°F), and the ideal temperature is 15°C (59°F). Batteries should be stored at a partial state of charge between 30% and 50% (with at least 2 battery indicators). Although batteries can be stored in a fully discharged state, the battery voltage should not be less than 2.0 volts per cell, and the battery should be fully charged to prevent over-discharge. The maximum voltage should not exceed 4.1 volts.

How do I clean my Kukirin product?
You can keep your scooter sparkling clean! We recommend using a damp cloth to wipe your product, we have found that using a dry brush does the job just fine. Do not soak in water.
